Reserve money and its counterparts

The table presents reserve money of the central bank and its counterparts (official reserve assets, refinancing credit, open market operations, net credit to central government, other items net) with a monthly frequency from December 2001.

Starting from end-November 2008 data the National Bank of Poland introduces methodological change in the compilation of the central bank monetary base. The redefinition consists in including in the monetary base deposit facility held by banks in the NBP, which will be included under "Current accounts", being one of the M0 components.
