Reverse: Right profile of Fryderyk Chopin against the background of stylized piano and willows. At the top, the semicircular legend: FRYDERYK CHOPIN. Below the portrait, a semicircular inscription: 150. ROCZNICA ŚMIERCI (150th anniversary of death).
