Reverse: Left profile of Juliusz Slowacki. A semicircular inscription: JULIUSZ / SLOWACKI / 1809-1849.

On the side an inscription: 150 ROCZNICA SMIERCI repeated twice and separated with stars.

Designer of obverse and reverse: Ewa Tyc-Karpińska.
